اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا خَتْمَ القُرْآنِ، وَتَجَاوَزْ عَنَّا مَا كَانَ فِي تِلَاوَتِهِ مِنَ السَّهْوِ وَالنِّسْيَانِ، أَوْ تَحْرِيفِ كَلِمَةٍ عَنْ مَوْضِعِهَا، أَوْ تَغْيِيرِ حَرْفٍ، أَوْ تَقْدِيمٍ أَوْ تَأْخِيرٍ، أَوْ زِيَادَةٍ أَوْ نُقْصَانٍ، أَوْ تَأْوِيلٍ عَلَىٰ غَيْرِ مَا أَنْزَلْتَهُ، أَوْ رَيْبٍ أَوْ شَكٍّ، أَوْ تَعْجِيلٍ عِنْدَ تِلَاوَتِهِ، أَوْ كَسَلٍ أَوْ سُرْعَةٍ، أَوْ زَيْغِ اللِّسَانِ، أَوْ وُقُوفٍ بِغَيْرِ وَقْفٍ، أَوْ إِدْغَامٍ بِغَيْرِ مُدْغَمٍ، أَوْ إِظْهَارٍ بِغَيْرِ بَيَانٍ، أَوْ مَدٍّ أَوْ تَشْدِيدٍ، أَوْ هَمْزَةٍ أَوْ جَزْمٍ، أَوْ إِعْرَابٍ بِغَيْرِ مَكَانٍ، فَاكْتُبْهُ مِنَّا عَلَىٰ التَّمَامِ وَالكَمَالِ، وَالمُهَذَّبِ مِنْ كُلِّ الأَلْحَانِ.

O Allah, our Lord, accept from us the completion of the Qur'an. Pardon us for any slips or forgetfulness in its recitation; for altering a word from its proper place, changing a letter, putting something before or after its place, adding or omitting anything, interpreting it contrary to what You revealed, harboring uncertainty or doubt, rushing while reciting it, reciting with laziness or undue speed, a slip of the tongue, pausing where there should be no pause, merging what should not be merged, failing to pronounce clearly, or making an error in elongation, emphasis, a hamzah, a vowelless letter, or grammatical inflection. Record our recitation as complete and perfect, refined of every error.

فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا يَا رَبَّنَا، يَا سَيِّدَنَا، لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا، يَا مَولَانَا، ارْزُقْنَا فَضْلَ مَنْ قَرَأَهُ مُؤَدِّيًا حَقَّهُ مَعَ الأَعْضَاءِ وَالقَلْبِ وَاللِّسَانِ. وَهَبْ لَنَا بِهِ الخَيْرَ وَالسَّعَادَةَ وَالبِشَارَةَ وَالأَمَانَ، وَلَا تَخْتِمْ لَنَا بِالشَّرِّ وَالشَّقَاوَةِ وَالضَّلَالَةِ وَالطُّغْيَانِ. وَنَبِّهْنَا قَبْلَ المَنَايَا عَنْ نَوْمِ الغَفْلَةِ وَالكَسْلَانِ، وَأَمِّنَّا مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ، وَمِنْ سُؤَالِ مُنكَرٍ وَنَكِيرٍ، وَمِنْ أَكْلِ الدِّيدَانِ.

Forgive us, our Lord and Master. Do not hold us to account, our Protector. Grant us the merit of those who recite it while fulfilling its due with their limbs, hearts, and tongues. Through it, bestow upon us goodness, happiness, glad tidings, and safety. Do not let our end be marked by evil, wretchedness, misguidance, or transgression. Before death comes, awaken us from the sleep of heedlessness and laziness, and keep us safe from the punishment of the grave, the questioning of Munkar and Nakir, and the decay of the body.

وَبَيِّضِ اللَّهُمَّ وُجُوهَنَا يَومَ البَعْثِ، وَاعْتِقْ رِقَابَنَا مِنَ النِّيرَانِ، وَيَمِّنْ كِتَابَنَا، وَيَسِّرْ حِسَابَنَا، وَثَقِّلْ مِيزَانَنَا بِالحَسَنَاتِ، وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا عَلَىٰ الصِّرَاطِ، وَأَسْكِنَّا فِي وَسَطِ الجِنَانِ، وَارْزُقْنَا جِوَارَ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ، وَأَكْرِمْنَا بِلِقَائِكَ يَا دَيَّانُ.

O Allah, brighten our faces on the Day of Resurrection, free us from the Fire, place our records in our right hands, make our reckoning easy, weigh down our scales with good deeds, keep our feet firm upon the Bridge, settle us in the midst of the Gardens, grant us the company of our master Muhammad—peace and blessings be upon him—and honor us with meeting You, O Judge.

اسْتَجِبْ دُعَاءَنَا بِحَقِّ التَّورَاةِ وَالإِنْجِيلِ وَالزَّبُورِ وَالفُرْقَانِ، أَعْطِنَا جَمِيعَ مَا سَأَلْنَاكَ بِهِ فِي السِّرِّ وَالإِعْلَانِ، وَزِدْنَا مِنْ فَضْلِكَ الوَاسِعِ بِجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ يَا رَحِيمُ يَا رَحْمٰنُ.

Answer our prayer by the honor of the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms, and the Criterion. Grant us all that we have asked of You, privately and openly, and increase us from Your boundless favor through Your generosity and grace, O Most Merciful, O Most Compassionate.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَاحِبِ الشَّرِيعَةِ وَالبُرْهَانِ،
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ.

O Allah, send blessings upon our master Muhammad, bearer of the Sacred Law and the clear proof, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنَا وَارْفَعْنَا بِالقُرْآنِ العَظِيمِ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا بِالْآيَاتِ وَالذِّكْرِ الحَكِيمِ، وَتَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ، وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا، إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ.

O Allah, benefit and elevate us through the Magnificent Qur'an, and bless us through its verses and wise remembrance. Accept from us; truly, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. Accept our repentance; truly, You are the Accepter of Repentance, the Most Merciful.

اللَّهُمَّ زَيِّنَّا بِزِينَةِ القُرْآنِ، وَأَكْرِمْنَا بِكَرَامَةِ القُرْآنِ، وَأَلْبِسْنَا بِخِلْعَةِ القُرْآنِ، وَعَافِنَا مِنْ كُلِّ بَلَاءِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الآخِرَةِ بِحُرْمَةِ القُرْآنِ.

O Allah, adorn us with the adornment of the Qur'an, honor us with the dignity of the Qur'an, clothe us in the robe of the Qur'an, and, by the sanctity of the Qur'an, protect us from every affliction of this world and the punishment of the Hereafter.

اللَّهُمَّ أَدْخِلْنَا الجَنَّةَ مَعَ القُرْآنِ، وَارْحَمْ جَمِيعَ أُمَّةِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ بِحَقِّ القُرْآنِ.

O Allah, admit us into Paradise with the Qur'an, and, by the honor of the Qur'an, have mercy on the entire community of our master Muhammad.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلِ القُرْآنَ لَنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا قَرِينًا، وَفِي القَبْرِ لَنَا مُؤْنِسًا، وَفِي القِيَامَةِ لَنَا شَفِيعًا، وَعَلَىٰ الصِّرَاطِ نُورًا، وَإِلَىٰ الجَنَّةِ رَفِيقًا، وَبَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ النَّارِ سِتْرًا وَحِجَابًا، وَإِلَىٰ الخَيْرَاتِ كُلِّهَا دَلِيلًا وَإِمَامًا، بِفَضْلِكَ وَجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ يَا أَكْرَمَ الأَكْرَمِينَ.

O Allah, make the Qur'an our companion in this world, our comfort in the grave, our intercessor on the Day of Resurrection, a light for us upon the Bridge, a companion leading us to Paradise, a screen and barrier between us and the Fire, and a guide and leader to every good—by Your favor, munificence, and generosity, O Most Generous of the generous.

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنَا بِهِدَايَةِ القُرْآنِ، وَنَجِّنَا مِنَ النِّيرَانِ بِكَرَامَةِ القُرْآنِ، وَأَدْخِلْنَا الجَنَّةَ بِشَفَاعَةِ القُرْآنِ، وَارْفَعْ دَرَجَاتِنَا بِفَضِيلَةِ القُرْآنِ، وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا بِتِلَاوَةِ القُرْآنِ، يَا ذَا الفَضْلِ وَالإِحْسَانِ.

O Allah, guide us with the guidance of the Qur'an, save us from the Fire by the honor of the Qur'an, admit us into Paradise through the intercession of the Qur'an, raise our ranks by the virtue of the Qur'an, and erase our sins through the recitation of the Qur'an, O Possessor of favor and benevolence.

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنَا بِكُلِّ حَرْفٍ مِنَ القُرْآنِ حَلَاوَةً، وَبِكُلِّ كَلِمَةٍ كَرَامَةً، وَبِكُلِّ آيَةٍ سَعَادَةً، وَبِكُلِّ سُورَةٍ سَلَامَةً، وَبِكُلِّ جُزْءٍ جَزَاءً، وَبِكُلِّ حِزْبٍ حَسَنَةً، وَبِكُلِّ نِصْفٍ نِعْمَةً، وَبِكُلِّ رُبْعٍ رِفْعَةً، وَبِكُلِّ ثُمْنٍ ثَنَاءً.

O Allah, grant us sweetness for every letter of the Qur'an, honor for every word, happiness for every verse, safety for every surah, reward for every part, a good deed for every section, a blessing for every half, elevation for every quarter, and praise for every eighth.

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنَا بِالأَلِفِ أُلْفَةً، وَبِالبَاءِ بَرَكَةً، وَبِالتَّاءِ تَوْبَةً، وَبِالثَّاءِ ثَنَاءً، وَبِالجِيمِ جَمَالًا، وَبِالحَاءِ حِكْمَةً، وَبِالخَاءِ خِلَّانًا، وَبِالدَّالِ دُنُوًّا، وَبِالذَّالِ ذَكَاءً، وَبِالرَّاءِ رَحْمَةً، وَبِالزَّايِ زُلْفَةً، وَبِالسِّينِ سَنَاءً، وَبِالشِّينِ شِفَاءً، وَبِالصَّادِ صِدْقًا، وَبِالضَّادِ ضِيَاءً، وَبِالطَّاءِ طَهَارَةً، وَبِالظَّاءِ ظَفَرًا، وَبِالعَيْنِ عِلْمًا، وَبِالغَيْنِ غِنًى، وَبِالفَاءِ فَلَاحًا، وَبِالقَافِ قُرْبَةً، وَبِالكَافِ كِفَايَةً، وَبِاللَّامِ لُطْفًا، وَبِالمِيمِ مَوْعِظَةً، وَبِالنُّونِ نُورًا، وَبِالهَاءِ هِدَايَةً، وَبِالوَاوِ وَصْلَةً، وَبِاليَاءِ يُسْرًا، وَبِلَامِ الأَلِفِ لِقَاءً.

O Allah, through Alif grant us affection; through Ba, blessing; through Ta, repentance; through Tha, praise; through Jim, beauty; through Ha, wisdom; through Kha, devoted companions; through Dal, nearness; through Dhal, intelligence; through Ra, mercy; through Zay, closeness; through Sin, radiance; through Shin, healing; through Sad, truthfulness; through Dad, illumination; through Ta, purity; through Za, triumph; through Ayn, knowledge; through Ghayn, contentment; through Fa, success; through Qaf, closeness to You; through Kaf, sufficiency; through Lam, gentleness; through Mim, admonition; through Nun, light; through Ha, guidance; through Waw, connection; through Ya, ease; and through Lam-Alif, meeting.

اللَّهُمَّ بَلِّغْ ثَوَابَ مَا قَرَأْنَاهُ، وَنُورَ مَا تَلَوْنَاهُ إِلَىٰ رُوحِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ، وَإِلَىٰ أَرْوَاحِ أَصْحَابِهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَإِلَىٰ أَرْوَاحِ جَمِيعِ الأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالأَوْلِيَاءِ وَالمُرْسَلِينَ، وَإِلَىٰ أَرْوَاحِ آبَائِنَا وَأُمَّهَاتِنَا وَإِخْوَانِنَا وَأَصْدِقَائِنَا وَأَسَاتِذَتِنَا وَمَشَائِخِنَا خَاصَّةً، وَإِلَىٰ أَرْوَاحِ جَمِيعِ المُؤْمِنِينَ وَالمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالمُسْلِمِينَ وَالمُسْلِمَاتِ، الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ أَجْمَعِينَ عَامَّةً، وَإِلَىٰ جَمِيعِ أَصْحَابِ الخَيْرَاتِ مِنَ المُؤْمِنِينَ وَالمُؤْمِنَاتِ.

O Allah, convey the reward of what we have read and the light of what we have recited to the soul of our master Muhammad—peace be upon him; to the souls of all his Companions—may Allah be pleased with them all; to the souls of all the prophets, saints, and messengers; especially to the souls of our fathers, mothers, siblings, friends, teachers, and spiritual guides; and generally to all believing and Muslim men and women, living and deceased, and to every believing man and woman who has contributed to good works.
